What is Tennessee Athletics Hospitality?
  • Tennessee Athletics Hospitality is part of the Colonnade Group, a sports production/event management company based in Birmingham, AL. We are contracted by UTK Athletics to manage the premium seating and hospitality areas at UT. Feel free to look us up at www.colonnadegroup.com.
Where are you located?  
  • Our offices is located in Thompson-Boling Arena.                                                   
Am I qualified?    
Required qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
  • Current students in Hospitality, or Sports Management strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to work entire length of internship.
  • Must be able to work ALL Tennessee home football games.
    • August 31st, September 7th, September 14th, October 5th, October 12th, October 26th, November 2nd, November 30th
  • Experience in hospitality or guest relations.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S
How long does the internship last? 
  • The  internship runs from August 1st, 2019- May 20th, 2020.
When would I work?     
  • ALL UT home football games (August 31st, September 7th, September 14th, October 5th, Ocotber 12ht, October 26th, November 2nd, November 30th)
  • Basketball and Baseball games are subject to availibility
  • Rental events throughout the year
