Internship FAQs:


What is Tennessee Athletics Hospitality?
  • Tennessee Athletics Hospitality is part of a sports production/event management company contracted by UTK Athletics to manage the premium seating and hospitality areas at UT. 
Where are you located?  
  • The TAH office is located in Thompson-Boling Arena.                                                   
Am I qualified?    
Required qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
  • Current students in Hospitality, or Sports Management strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to work entire length of internship.
  • Must be able to work ALL Tennessee home football games.
  • Experience in hospitality or guest relations.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S
How long does the internship last? 
  • The  internship runs from July 2022 to May 2023. 
When would I work?     
  • ALL UT home football games.
  • Basketball and Baseball games are subject to availability and rotation with other staff.
  • Rental events throughout the year.
Is this internship paid?
  • Yes.

Do I have to have a specific degree?
  • No. Tennessee Athletics Hospitality accepts applications from people of all backgrounds.
