Tennessee Athletics Hospitality coordinates all private events for the Ray Mears Room at Thompson-Boling Arena.
Our office would be happy to schedule a site visit upon request. Regular business hours for our office is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). RAY MEARS ROOM:
The Ray Mears Room is located on ground level of Thompson-Boling Arena. On basketball game days, the Ray Mears Room is the home of Tennessee Courtside Club donors. This room displays stunning photos of some of Tennessee’s finest basketball moments.
Room set-up holds 275 people with 22-25 72" round tables with 8 chairs per table. The tables/chairs in this space can not be moved or relocated and must remain in place.
