Candra joined Tennessee Athletics Hospitality in February of 2019 after two seasons as the Director of Football On-Campus Recruiting and Operations Assistant at Wake Forest University. Prior to Wake Forest, Candra worked in football recruiting and operations at Middle Tennessee State University from 2015-2017.

As the Director of Tennessee Athletics Hospitality, Candra oversees all premium seating and hospitality operations in Neyland Stadium and on Tennessee Football game days.

Candra graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, where she served as a Football Recruiting Assistant through 2014. She also completed her master’s degree in Leisure and Sport Management from MTSU in 2017.

Candra is a Knoxville native and a Vol for Life!

Courtney Kelley

Courtney’s primary responsibility as an Assistant Director of Tennessee Athletics Hospitality is to manage the Courtside Club, Loges, and Luxury Suites in Thompson-Boling Arena. In addition, Courtney oversees the FANgineer and intern program for the TAH office. 

Courtney graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2018 with a B.S. in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration and completed her M.S. in Sport Management from East Tennessee State University in 2020.

Forever a Vol, Courtney is a Knoxville native who has been with Tennessee Athletics Hospitality for 5 years.

Sarah Schwartz

Sarah joined the Tennessee Athletics Hospitality office as an Assistant Director in January of 2021, and is tasked with managing all premium area operations at Lindsey Nelson Baseball Stadium and Sherri Parker Lee Softball Stadium.

Sarah graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Sports Management in 2018 and M.S. in May of 2020. While receiving her master’s degree, Sarah served as a Graduate Assistant for the sports management student organization, Partners in Sports, and interned in Athletic Event Management.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Sarah has been at the University of Tennessee for the last five years where she has exemplified a Vol for Life!

Caylee Echols

Caylee joined Tennessee Athletics Hospitality after working for 3 years in the Tennessee Fund office. Throughout her 8 years in the Hospitality office, she has held every role in the office. In 2017, after having her first child, Caylee took a step back in her responsibilities and became a part time member of the office. Caylee’s current primary role in the office is to schedule and coordinate all internal and external rental events.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Caylee graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Speech Communication. Although she received her education as a Ram, working for the University of Tennessee in some capacity for over 10 years has shaped her into a true Vol.
