Facility Rentals

 

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, University of Tennessee Athletic Facility rentals are suspended until further notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

The University of Tennessee athletic facilities are unique presentations of the Volunteer athletic tradition. These areas go beyond game day, as many have found them to give their guests a distinctive experience for banquets, receptions, and parties.

 

  • Our office does not officially book any rental reservations until 3 months prior to the event date. After that date is booked, you are required to sign a rental contract and provide a non-refundable deposit to hold the space within 2 weeks of receiving the contract.

  • We do not hold any rental events during the week of Tennessee home football games, the day of Tennessee home basketball games, or the day of any special event occurring at Thompson Boling Arena. Special events occurring on campus are on a case-by-case basis as they may or may not conflict with the logistics of a rental event. 
  • All rental prices include a 3-hour rental of the facility, with an hour and a half before for set-up and one hour after for clean up. Any additional hours will be charged an additional fee.

  • The East and West Club spaces are equip with high-top and low-top bistro tables and additional furniture for seating. The current set-up in this space must remain as is.

  • The Wolf-Kaplan space is set-up with 72 inch round tables and chairs to accommodate 150-200 people and the Lauricella Center space is set-up with 60 inch round tables to accommodate 150 people. Each of these current set-ups must remain as is.

  • You must provide your own tables and chairs for the Skybox Common Areas and Tennessee Terrace. These can be rented from All Occasions Party Rentals, or another rental vendor of your choice, and delivered the day of your event. It is the event planner's responsibility to coordinate and communicate any rental company drop-offs with our office.

  • We can provide 8-foot tables (up to 10) needed for the event (registration, catering set-up, etc.), upon request.

  • The rental price includes limited AV – where it is available, such as a microphone, podium, audio/music, DVDs, etc.

  • The rental price does not include Catering –

    • During the months of August - December, you are required to use the University's caterer, Aramark, to cater your event (865-974-2406).

  • The rental price does not include any linens, decorations, coat racks, extension cords, etc. for your event.

  • Alcohol is not permitted in the Lauricella Center, Wolf-Kaplan, and the Ray Mears room.

  • Alcohol is not permitted at any UT-related events with students in attendance.

  • All stadium tour requests must be requested with the Event Management office (865-974-1205).

  • Parking for the event will need to be coordinated with Parking Services (865-974-6031). 

Our office would be happy to schedule a site visit upon request. Regular business hours for the Tennessee Athletic Hospitality Office are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
